Good morning I have a a question. I had bovine TB as a child, age 3... I lived in England at age time and drank TB infected milk .. I had my lymph nodes removed from the left side of my neck.
I am now 65 could this cause my feet to swell now( no pain )
I also have had asthmatic bronchitis in the past 2 years. I live in Texas state of allergies I am told.
I have always been healthy.
Do not drink other than an occasionally I have a glass of wine.
Have never smoked ever, do not use drugs..
I have slowed down due to an mcl injury 4 years ago hence I gained 35 pounds. I was 130 lb .. now 168.
I am 5 ft 5 in tall med build always was a size 7/8 now a 14 ..grrrr..
I try to eat healthy no junk food. I use stevia. not sugar.
My Dad was diabetic and hypertensive. He had open heart surgery/ Quad bi-pass.. @ 63.. failed is doppler at 6 weeks stress test /and had a stroke six months after surgery/ amputation of right leg .. he died at 69. He smokes until he was in 40's drank beer and at a typical British diet high fat and sugar content
my Mother is 91 survived breast cancer /ductile aggressive.
Had mastectomy right breast, she was in her seventies at the time . she I also on Synthroid. My Grandmother had goiter passed at 87.
I do not have any symptoms that I can tell ..other than weight gain and swollen feet..
I will have health care on May 1st ..should I see a r now or wait thanks for reading this ... Mikki

swelling has been on and of since I turned 50 no pain no shortness of breath when lying down I do get winded when active as in stairs..

Thanks for info ...As you mentioned you have no pitting , no shortness of breath or other issues , this type of swelling if of no concern and indicates no active health issue , second TB that you have had in infancy have no relation with such non pitting swelling .Nothing to worry :)Good luck .Please leave positive feedback for me .Thanks .
