Customer: replied 6 months ago.
i have been having problems for six months, feeling weak, constipation, dizzy, rectal bleeding due to hemorrhoids, when to ER got cat scan, ultrasounds, and x-rays, my bowel movements are not normal, some abdominal pain, fatty stool, got gallbladder removed and appendix, had a liver biopsy, slightly fatty liver, had endoscopy done and colonoscopy, everything came back normal

How old are you? Are you a female or a male? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Any weight change? Does anything make it better or worse? Any other symptoms? Are they consistent? Are they getting worse? Are you aware of anything which might have triggered it? Any medical problems? Any other surgeries? Any medications including over-the-counter pills and herbs? Is your stress increased for 6 months? Any family medical problem?

When you have a bowel movement, is the abdominal pain decreased temporarily? Do you have anxiety or depression? What is the name of the depressant? How long ago did you start to take it?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
it starts hurting in the morning and after i have a bowel movement it decreases doctor is treating me for both anxiety and depression I'm currently taking prozac 20ml but i think depression came after, i started taking it on february i haven't been able to work because I'm so worried there is something going on with my digestive system i do feel depress because i don't know whats going on
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I'm concern about my pancreas not functioning right I'm also taking some probiotics over the counter enzimes and betaine hcl pepsin I'm also gaining a lot of weight since been on Prozac
Expert:  khagihara replied 6 months ago.
Since the CT scan and blood test for pancreas is normal, I don't think you have a problem with pancreas. It seems to be constipation-dominant irritable bowel syndrome. You should ask your doctor to refer a GI doctor.

I've been seen a gi doctor my concern is that when I use the restroom my stools don't look normal and they sometimes don't form or have any smell I feel like my stools are not the same they use to be I'm also having trouble sleeping at night I don't know what to do anymore
Expert:  khagihara replied 6 months ago.
Are you still constipated?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I'm not constipated but like I said I'm worry about my stools no been normal

HelloThis sounds like anemiaOr iron deficiency.Weakness and dizziness is not from IBS.Have your hemoglobin, iron and ferritin checked. Also, TSH and T4 to rule out thyroid disease. That should all be done immediately.Even chronic bleeding from hemorrhoids can cause problems. OK, so you might have more questions or want to give me more information: Please use reply to expert if you have further questions. When you are ready, please click a positive rating [hopefully excellent—that’s how we are paid, per rating]. If you forgot something, come back. I am here daily.

I'm having problems digesting food it seems like my pancreas it's not working
Expert:  Dr. Thomas, MD replied 6 months ago.
The test is lipase and amylase. If that and a scan are normal, there is nothing wrong with your pancreas. Please click a positive on the rating scale.Come back if needed.
