Dr. Phil, On Thursday I picked up my grandchild and it felt

Customer Question

Dr. Phil,On Thursday I picked up my grandchild and it felt like I threw the left side of my lower back out. Not near the spine--to the left and toward the top of the buttock.I think it might feel a little better than it did that first night. It is not very bad. It is a dull ache that only comes when I sit (sometimes), when I bend over, and sometimes when I stand up.I am afraid that since I have had breast cancer, I was getting bone mets that I couldn't feel. But the bones were soft. And now picking up the 22 lbs. made the softening bones turn into a stress or hairline fracture. This would be a dull pain I think. The only question is, if it were cancer, would I feel the pain all the time?? Because I don't feel it constantly.

Still need help? Sorry I just saw your question

No this is related to a bulging disc. Everyone your age has them. If it was cancer it wouldn't be getting better
