Has he been checked for adrenal insufficiency by measuring a serum cortesol or doing ACTH challenge? He needs blood work as to why he is hypotensive. Does he have any Parkinsonian features (SHY-DRAGER syndrome)? Please get back to me to disscuss. Thanks. Dr. Frank
