Customer Question

When I sleep on my side or stomach and roll over on to my back, my heart rate goes up for 5 seconds or so, then slows back down quickly. But, this only happens when my head seems stuffy from nasal allergy and congestion. Otherwise I don't have this problem.

Hello

You need an EKG

And maybe a 24 hour holter.

Since it only happens when you are congested, it is probably nothing.

But you still need to make sure.
