is a good presentation about red blood cell folate testing.

most people in north american get more than enough folate in their diet because folate is supplemented in many foods we eat.

iodine is also supplemented into a lot of the salt we consume , and so we really don't see iodine deficiencies in north america.

your B12 levels are in the normal range between 200-900

your iodine levels are fine.
