Customer Question

Hi - My top eyelid kind of gets stuck momentarily as it lifts back up after closing. I think it's from fatigue. But is there anything I can do?

it sounds like you need to talk to your doctor about your sleep issues

high thyroid levels or low thyroid hormone levels can affect your sleep and can be corrected. these need to be checked with thyroid hormone blood test

sleep apnea can affect your sleep.

lack of exercise can cause poor sleep

too much caffeine or alcohol use can affect sleep.

poor sleep habits, TV or computer or cell phone in bed can cause poor sleep.
