you might need to see a sleep specialist doctor for full evaluation of your sleep habits.
you could be having thyroid imbalance which can affect sleep
lack of exercise during the day can negatively affect your sleep.
I hope you are not drinking too much caffeine during the day which can affect your sleep.
do you have a primary care doctor who can refer you for sleep study and evaluation?
