Percocet will not cause any hydrocodone or its metabolites.
Fentanyl also cannot cause this.
So only possibility can be due to the mix up of the sample in the lab.
Lab error in other words.
You can discuss with your doctor about your innocence and a second check of the sample in a different lab.
If that does not work, then you will need to look for a different provider.
