Yes, they are mildly elevated.
This does need a workup.
Step 1 would be to avoid any liver toxic items like tylenol, meds or alchol and repeat in a couple weeks
if they are still elevated then you need a full workup. For example, hepatitis, hemochromatosis, and celiac disease. The other most common and most likely cause is going to be fatty liver.
This can be seen with an ultrasound
If the liver tests stay elevated then the blood work and ultrasound would be the next step
