I'm sorry you are having this issue

An elevated WBC can be caused by a lot of things including

1)infection

2)smoking

3)obesity

4)other blood disorders

Overall if you smoke or are obese, then that is the likely cause.
If you don't have any of the above you need to see a hematologist for further workup
