Do you have your lab's reference range?
In most labs the upper limit of reference range is 115.
So in that scale this is only considered mild elevation.
Gallbladder problem can cause this sometimes if you have stomach pain etc.
Lab error is a common cause.
Bone loss can also cause this.
Test should be repeated in a month to check its stability.
Serious condition is unlikely at this level.
