you might need to drink more water or have a snack before going to bed to keep your blood sugars up in the morning
are you taking any medications?
are you having high anxiety in the morning?
you might need more treatment for your anxiety
anxiety can cause you to feel dizzy
you might need sertraline or paroxetine or longer acting benzo like valium or clonazepam to help decrease anxiety for longer periods of time.
