I have a cold (Sinus) with a low grade fever- my lower jaw is very painful . I am factor -IV Leiden positive and on livelong Coumadin. I was concerned when I read about Cavernas sinus thrombosis

if you INR is therapeutic, then this is very unlikely

Plus, generally folks have neurological symptoms with cavernous sinus thrombosis
