you should ask your doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels. low thyroid hormone levels can make it difficult to loose weight.
you are also age 66, and also past your menopause. your estrogen levels are low, this can make it difficult for you to loose weight.
nuts often can be salted and eating too much salted nuts can add too much salt into your diet which can cause you to retain water weight.
try eating nuts without salt.
you might need to add in more weight training and resistance training to build up muscle which can burn more calories than fat.
you might have to vary up your workup regimen. doing the same thing everyday, your body can become tolerized to the workout and make weight loss difficult
working with a exercise trainer or physical therapy team can help with this.
