I have an MRSA in my nose. The dr gave me a script for liquid tobrimycin and also had sent to me from tag pharmacy neilmed irrigating bottle w the sinus rinse My question is can I mix or should I mix the tobrimycin and the sinus rinse together and use it w the saline

usually mupirocin (Bactroban) ointment is the first line of therapy for MRSA in your nostrils

I'm surprised your doctor didn't prescribe you bactroban

this is much easier to use. just some ointment on a Q tip inside of of your nostril

and you also need hibiclens soap for washing for the rest of your body to kill any MRSA infection which could be on your skin.
