Hello from JustAnswer.

It would typically not be a good idea to use an injectable drug that expired more than a year ago. A medicine that is this old may have lost potency and also may no longer be sterile.

How long will it be until you can fill the prescription for Lovenox?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
This afternoon around 1

Very good.

Since you can get medicine at 1 this afternoon, it would be appropriate to skip the dose until you can get medicine that is in date at that time. But you should go ahead and take a dose as soon as it is acquired, regardless of the time at which it is usually taken.

If I can provide any additional information, please let me know.
