Left sided pain extending from my lower abdomen to the lower

Customer Question

Customer: left sided pain extending from my lower abdomen to the lower back
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: It started on Monday and has gotten worse seems worse in the am than any other time. I have taken pain meds in order to help the pain subside... it is more of a dull pain not sharp. I thought possibly I had gas, but I had bowel movement this morning and after the bowel movement the pain was worse too
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $34) to post your type of question to Medical Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: yes ma'am
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Since pain medications are not helping, should be looked into further.

This can be due to the kidney stone or obstruction related pain.

Diverticulitis or inflammatino of intestinal pouches is another possibility.

Thoracic spine arthritis also can cause this.

Will suggest a CT scan first in the ER.

Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
