Dear customer,

How was hemorrhoids ruled out? What other symptoms do you have? How often do you have bowel movements? Who had colon cancer in your family and at what age?

Since when do you have rectal pain? Do you have such pain when you strain to pass stools?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing that I can feel or see. I do have a mild fever, 99.5, chills and sweats. I've had at least 3 bm's today alone. My grandfather at age 60. Father had prostate cancer at 60 if that means anything too. I have no pain during bm. Tnks for ur help!

Dear customer,

You are likely suffering from a viral infection of the gastrointestinal tract at present. Are you having loose stools?
