if I have GERD the doc might prescribe Reglan?
Expert:  khagihara replied 1 year ago.

A prokinetic drug like Reglan plus an H2-blocker improves the response but the combination is not as effective as omeprozole. They are not main medications for GERD currently. We usually use proton pump inhibitors like omeprozole.
