you should be having 3-4 regular small meals a day with protein and complex carbohydrates, no alcohol, no sodas, no spicy foods.
use the omerpazole 30-60 minutes before meals
use zantac and maalox and mylanta after meals if you still have acid reflux.
avoid smoking, chocolate, peppermint after meals
work on exercise and weight loss to help improve your core muscle strength to help decrease acid reflux.
