if you are on antibiotics, this will kill off any bacterial infection in your urine.

you need to talk to your doctor about medications to help decrease your anxiety so you don't have as many panic attacks.

there are SSRI agents like sertraline or paroxetine which can help decrease your anxiety symptoms

there are also long acting benzodiazepines such as diazepam or clonazepam which can help

you should ask to be referred to see a psychotherapist to get cognitive behavioral therapy to help your anxiety.

there are also medications like hydroxyzine and buspirone which can help decrease anxiety symptoms.

drinking more water can help flush out your kidneys and bladder.

it is normal for your urine to be hot since it is your body temperature when it comes out.

you should get your temperature to check for fever

let me know if you have questions.

Hi there,

This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Warm urine and skin can be caused by the bacterial infection commonly.

That should respond to the antibiotic course.

Next possibility can be the thyroid gland disorder causing hot sensation.

Menopause is another possibility.

Estrogen lack can cause this commonly.

It can occur anytime.

This can be treated with medications like Sertraline 25 to 50 mg daily which also helps with anxiety attacks.

Estrogen cream will be another option.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
