at her age, too much watery diarrhea can cause dehydration from loss of too much fluid very quickly
you should bring her to the ER or urgent care center for a doctor evaluation
there they can test her stool for infection
and give her prescription medications to help slow down her diarrhea and loss of fluid.
and give her IV fluids to help replenish the fluids.
she needs blood tests to check for dehydration and kidney function
