As top my previous questions. MRI (MRCP) shows multiple

as a follow up top my previous questions. The follow up MRI (MRCP) shows multiple gallstones ranging from 1.8 - 2.3 CM. Also shows a moderate dilation of the CBD of 1.3 CM with a relative gradual tapering of the CBD without clear obstructive etiology.
Also shows what appears to be a thin-walled homogenous fluid signal intensity cystic lesion on the tail of the pancreas without evidence of associated contrast enhancement measuring 1.3 cm (saying it's favoring a pseudo cyst , less likely indolent cystic neoplasm.
Blood work up all normal. Going in for an ERCP to investigate duct. dilatation and tapering. What are chances of carcinomas?
