Please check your blood sugar on fasting in the morning before any food or beverage.
if the reading is above 125, then diabetes is likely.
2 hour after meal the reading should be below 200
You should cut down sugar, simple carbs like dessert, soda, candies, cake from your diet.
Eat more vegetables, proteins, whole grains and fruits.
