The rash can be contact dermatitis.
Immunogenic reaction from the body against the underlying skin layers can cause these blisters.
Topical hydrocortisone cream can be tried twice daily.
But you should see your doctor for clinical evaluation soon.
If you develop pain, then this can be shingles.
You should go to the urgent care in that case.
