This is Dr. David

I am sorry you are still having bad ear pressure.

you might need allergy medications like allegra or claritin or zyrtec and steroid nasal sprays like Nasocort, Flonase or Nasonex to help clear up sinus pressure to help decrease ear pressure

if you have inflammation in your throat from acid reflux or post nasal drip, this can cause swelling of the eustachian tubes and cause problems with fluid coming out of the ears.

treating stomach acid reflux could help this.

have you tried allergy medications or acid reflux medications?

you might benefit from a brain or sinus MRI scan as well

let me know if you have questions.
