This is Dr. David

creatinine of 2.01 is high and means you are either very dehydrated or your kidneys are not working well.

your doctors need to find out if this is a new elevation of your creatinine level of if your levels have been high like this before

you need to consult with a nephrology kidney specialist

and get more testing like a 24 hour urine collection.

Normal uric acid levels are between 3.5 and 7.2 milligrams

high uric acid can be from weakness of your kidneys.

have your creatinine levels been elevated like this before?

do you have diabetes? this can damage your kidneys.

overuse of NSAID medications can damage your kidneys as well.
