Well there are several issues that you present. The pain of the testicles could be of if several possible causes. How old is your son? So you know if he has any swelling of the scrotum? Epididymitis is an infection of the tubes between testicle and prostate and could cause pain of the testicle or testicles. A tosion of the testicle may cause severe pain and may often cause nausea ( a torsion may harm the testicle and would be a legitimate emergency ) A prostate infection may cause pain to be projected to the testicles . An inguinal hernia could relate to his pain as a possibility too...yes to that . As you see though there are several very different type problems that this pain may represent. He does need medical evaluation soon. Hopefully he will agree to this!
