propranolol is a beta blocker used to help slow down the heart and decrease blood pressure.

did she have high blood pressure in the ER? or fast heart rate?

what caused her paralysis? did she have a stroke?

did she have a brain MRI scan to see if she had a stroke?

did they look for where a blood clot would come from?

propranolol beta doesn't usually cause paralysis.
