I see nothing in your question to indicate a need for antibiotics.
A dental exam does not require prophylaxis.
A dirty procedure requires it only if you have a reason that you might get infective endocarditis, and that does not include a lot of the old criterial
Or, if you have a joint prosthesis that might become infected.
Here are the guidelines.
If you don't meet these guidelines and it is not a gum manipulating or other dirty procedure...you don't need antibiotics.
In addition, there is no specific reason to add flagyl.
