this can be from different causes

How long have you had this?

What exam?

What testing?

7 months I've had colonoscopy ctscan Mri on pelvic area and ultrasound on pelvic area and endoscopy

So this can be a spasm of the anal muscle.

As about levitor ani syndrome.

I read your answer but can get it out with the use of a lot of laxatives but pains always there

Lots of laxatives can make constipation worse.

The muscle not working can make that even worse.
