I am Dr.Amita and I would be helping you today.

I do not think that visiting ER if you are unable to sleep. You need assessment by your regular doctor to see how your back pain can be tackled to decrease pain so as not to interfere with your sleep.

Your regular doctor would be in a much better position to adjust your sleep medicines as well to optimal levels to induce sleep.
