I hope you are not smoking. if you are smoking, you need to quit smoking.

constipation can cause hard stools and abdominal pain when having bowel movements. you need to eat more fruits and vegetable and fiber and use stool softeners like colace to soften your stools so you have no pain with bowel movements.

if your nose is dry, dry air can cause blood in your phlegm

are you coughing up phlegm? mucinex can help stop cough and decrease phlegm and mucous in your lungs.

Mucinex is over the counter medication.

My nose is dry and i often feel pain from the dryness, i don't smoke.

it sounds like you need a humidifier in your home to moisten up the air. this will help decrease blood and dried blood in your mucous.

that is good you don't smoke
