Dear customer,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes that should be the next step and these investigations will help your doctor find out the cause for your symptoms. Similar symptoms may be caused by disturbances in the functioning of the gall bladder and an ultrasound scan will help diagnose the cause and with treatment your symptoms will improve. Also the decrease in symptoms due to avoidance of lactose products means that lactose intolerance may be present, and for some people the lactose intolerance may be severe and they may have to cut out all milk products. Hence you can consult with your doctor about these investigations and have them done.

Is there any other thing I need to know or possibilityis
Expert:  Dr. Ravoof replied 1 year ago.

Dear customer,

This may also be due to chronic gastritis which may cause dyspepsia which is aggravated by spicy foods or excessive caffeine. Also in chronic gastritis a feeling of fullness, and vague abdominal pain may occur.

Take care.
