I'm a 21 year old female college student. the last 3 months

Customer Question

Hello, I'm a 21 year old female college student. For almost the last 3 months I have been experiencing fairly consistent soft/ semi-formed bowel movements immediately upon waking, and then another usually about 30 minutes to an hour later in the morning. They often come out quickly and with bursts of gas. Rarely do I have any more bowel movements throughout the day after that. However I do often feel nauseous and can have some abdominal cramping and gas. I have tried pepto bismol, loperamide, simethicone, going gluten free (2 weeks, didn't get better), and now am trying probiotics. So far nothing has helped, however it might be too soon to tell for the probiotics since I just started a couple days ago. My symptoms aren't that bad, and I don't have diarrhea or vomiting, but I am still pretty concerned considering before this summer I rarely experienced any GI problems. I am very stressed and frustrated with this... thought??
