Would you suspect liver cancer when the a/g ratio is 3.3, the creatinine level is 1.04, mcv 100, EOS 0.5, GFR nonAfrican 53, albumin, serum4.9 . I have lung cancer surgery twice.

no, I would not suspect liver cancer with these levels.
but a better way to look for cancer in the liver is with a liver ultrasound or CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis

those blood results would not be caused by one issue
they could be completely normal for your age and medical condition as well.
