Hello, Since 2/15 I have been ill, mostly all GI and intial presentation to ER was for constipation. The consistent complaint LLQ pain at the lowest rib. X-ray showed impacting in transverse Colin. No longer constipated my diagnosis has included appendectomy, pancreatitis. Gastritis, colitis, duodenal and gastric ulcers. Elevated liver enzymes unknown etiology, lapchole, and most recently cliff. Always complaint of LLQ pain. I have been labeled pain seeking and I suspect some believe psychosomatic. Crazy, yes sick for months with health history mostly nonsignificant. My abdomen today is hard and quite uncomfortable. The pain is being treated with patch, weaning off dursgesic r/t chills and dyaphoreses. Next trying something starts with "B" I can't recall at this moment. Pain was pretty much controlled on patch. My PCP is not aggressive with this at all if I suggest something he will order it but I really am out of ideas. Could the original impacting of damaged Coli

This is dr David Pain below the left lowest ribs is often inflammation of the stomach often from excessive stomach acid production Have you tried stomach acid blockers yet like Zantac or Prilosec or medium?
