Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
you sound dehydrated and weak
if you don't get to a doctor or ER you could start to develop organ shut down from dehydration or you could even pass out from hypotension or low blood pressure
you need to call up 911 to get an ambulance to bring you to the ER
there they can give you IV fluids to give you back fluids and check your blood from electrolyte imbalances like low potassium or low sodium and check your stools for infection like clostridium difficile infection which could be causing your diarrhea.
you need to see a doctor before your symptoms get worse.
you will not get better on your own
you don't want to start taking Imodium on your own if you have C diff infection which could lead to toxic megacolon in rare cases
you always have the option to call up 911 to get an ambulance to bring you to the hospital or ER
that is what I recommend
let me know if you have questions.
