Female, 25 years old- past week I've been having blood

Customer Question

Female, 25 years old- For the past week I've been having blood in my urine but accompanied by no burning or urgency to urinate more often, dr gave me meds to treat a possible uti and bleeding never stopped. My bowels have been all over the place sometimes long tube like or ribbon like with tiny pieces attached to it, very weird looking. And then constipated for a month with very hard tiny pieces of stool black. I haven't been able to have a bowel movement for a week and look 4-5 months pregnant when I'm normally slender . I have pains throughout my stomach off and on and and very tired and having a hard time swallowing past 2 days ?

Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
this sounds serious
tar black stool can be a sign of bleeding from your upper stomach or esophagus and the blood being digested in your small bowel
blood from your urine can be serious as well
you need to go to the ER and see a doctor right away
to get your stools checked for blood and blood test to check for anemia or low red blood cell counts
you need to be plugged in with a GI doctor and urology doctor
GI to look in your stomach and esophagus to check for bleeding
urology to check into your bladder and kidneys to check for bleeding.
you need a CT Scan of your abdomen to see what is going on inside.
I would recommend going to the hospital or ER right away
let me know if you have questions.
