Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
This can be intestinal problem.
Your colon is sitting there.
Normal pelvic ultrasound does not rule out colon problem.
Plyp, inflammation, or even infection can cause this.
Colonoscopy should be considered as the next step.
The next possibility can be the bladdeer inflammation or interstitial cystitis.
This can be caused by the stress, food, infection and sometimes bladder malignancy.
In many cases, the reason for bladder inflammation remains unknown.
Hence, after colonoscopy the test to be considered is a cystoscopy to check for bladder issues.
Amitriptyline 25 to 50 mg daily in the bedtime can be used for symptomatic relief for interstitial cystitis.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us today. If you have any additional questions or need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to answer them. I wish you good health. Regards, ***** *****
