Hello, Been having low burning pain & discomfort in my lower throat on the right side.I have no problem with swallowing and I dont feel the pain as a result of swallowing

It has to be something physically irritating the tonsil/throat
The two most common causes are allergies and reflux.
AN ENT doctor (ear, nose and throat) can tell this for sure by looking into the throat.
I would do that.
Both allergies/post nasal drip and reflux can be silent so some people don't even know they have it

Yes, some other rare problems like tonsil stones or chronic strep infection
However, an ENT should be able to test for all of these
