Been having a lot of trouble breathing lately. Scheduled

Customer Question

Hi. Been having a lot of trouble breathing lately. Scheduled for a pulmonary test. Past few days oxygen has been worse 90-93 and at rest it dips to 80 much more frequently now. I only know because I bought an oximeter that i can wear at sleep. i dont smoke
and no one can explain it. X ray at doctor today was normal. it makes it hard to sleep because the oxygen alert goes off constantly and my breathing issues get worse. what should i do? i feel like if i go to the ER they would just see it as a waste of time
and could they even do anything?

i think i do too. but i dont know what to do in the meantime. i dont think my oxygen should get that low. thats why as much as i dont want to im considering the er since if nothing else they could monitor my oxygen and give me supplemental supply or even a prescription if its warrented.. but i dont know if that makes sense
