This is Dr. David
I am sorry you are having these symptoms.
you could be having swelling of your feet or fluid retention causing spongy feet.
this can be due to low blood albumin levele or weakness of your heart or too much salt intake or weak liver or kidneys.
that is good you don't have chest pain or shortness of breath
you should see a doctor and get your feet evaluated to see why you are having swelling in your feet.
how old are you and are you male or female?
what medications are you taking?
have you tried elevating your feet up to help decrease swelling?
