Customer Question

1. What is the normal range of cortisol -daytime, night time?
2. My level is high at about 3-4:00 AM [ possibly also adrenaline ] which cause me to awake and not be able to fall back to sleep. What supplements/nutraceuticals do you recommended? I also have sleep apnea and use a BIPAP. I take a variety of supplements which allow me to fall asleep but I cannot stay asleep.
Thank you.

It depends on what type of test.
I need to see your lab results with reference ranges.
Levels are not typically measured at 3 am.....
what type of test what lab, what values and reference ranges?
