My Mon is dissy when she gets up and an on going head ache. They ruled out sinus infection or ear infection, have ordered an MRI she is 80 years old has some asthma but other than that fairly health. Any ideas?

Thanks for this question. A new onset headache in an 80 year old is a medical emergency
I wouldn't wait until monday for the MRI. I would go to ER right now for a CAT scan. A brain bleed or stroke can do this.
Another option is her medications. Many medications including blood pressure pills can cause headache and dizziness.
If you tell me what meds she is on, I can tell you if any can do this.
