I am a 58 year old female I have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I have pain that feels like a bruse or pulled muscle in the middle of my upper cheast. When I bend over or sneeze or cough the pain gets worse. What could cause this pain? I don't remember lifting anything heavy to stain a muscle. This has been going on for about 10 days. The pain comes and goes. But it has been constant pain since yesterday.
