Vaginal tingling and spotting during urination can be due to the urinary tract infection commonly.
This is common in women and should be ruled out first with a urine analysis test.
This can be done in any urgent care same day appointment.
Another possibility can be vaginal infection - like bacterial vaginosis.
Sexually transmitted diseases also a risk if you have risk factor --you know what I mean.
Lastly, this can be due to the hormonal influences --estrogen predominance causing vaginal spotting.
Usually not concerning if no infection detected.
I will not go for the dreary 'C; word just based o these symptoms.
So, I will suggest a urgent care visit.
Drink adequate fluids.
yes that will be appropriate.
