Hi there,
This is Dr. D.J., experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Constipation can be caused by the bowel obstruction.
This can be ruled out by the abdominal xrays or a Ct scan.
Another possibility is the bad bacteria in the intestine causing excessive bloating.
In that case, you can try a probiotic pill daily to introduce friendly bacteria to the intestine which drive out bad bacteria.
Follow a high fiber low fat diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
You can try Methyl cellulose ( Fibogel etc.) Psyllium husk for stool softener.
Senna tablets or Bisacodyl tablets also will help along with the above.
For immediate relief, 2 tablets of bisacodyl along with miralax 2 tablespoon full in 8 oz of water can be tried.
Please discuss with your doctor also.

Best wishes
