up to 6 tablets in a day can be taken safely.
What type of pain your sister is having/
She has diabetes and RA. She has joint and leg pain. She has not seen a rhumatologist yet however we are planning to see one within the next few week. I was mainly concerned about the acetimenifen dosage of 500 mg per pill.
RA related pain will improve with other medications like methotrexate without affecting diabetes.
tylenol up to 3000 mg daily is safe.
That translates to 6 tablets.
you can also combine with ibuprofen to reduce the tylenol dosage.
Thanks for your help. She has tramadol for pain also but seems to make her more groggy and she prefers the hydrocodone.
tramadol should not be taken with hydrocodone.
but ibuprofen will be fine.
